		<description>Awesome find! I love the bit about how the AHA has revised its guidelines. I find I do best on a high fat diet from nourishing, traditional sources: lard &amp; tallow from free-range/foraged/wild animals, butter from grass-fed cows, coconut oil, olive oil. About 55-65% of my daily calories come from these good fats. Not only do I feel better than I ever have, but I&#039;ve lost my final 10 pounds of extra-baby belly.
